EverProX held distinctive Mid-Autumn Festival activities in Chengdu, Jiaxing, and Hanchuan, integrating traditional culture, employee care, and team building. Together, they celebrated reunion and discussed the future. 

Chengdu: "Gentle Breeze Sways the Osmanthus·Lanterns Reflect the Full Moon" Mid-Autumn Festival Themed Co-creation Event

On 26th September , Chengdu Rongbo successfully held a unique Mid-Autumn Festival event with the theme of "Gentle Breeze Shakes the Osmanthus, Lanterns Reflect the Full Moon". 

Offer suggestions and strategies, and jointly draw the blueprint. 

The "Enjoy and Exchange" session of the event focused on the future blueprint of the "New Factory Building of Rongbo". Employees present actively shared their opinions based on their positions, offering many valuable suggestions and best wishes in aspects such as functional layout, environmental optimization, cultural construction, and cafeteria services. 

Crafting exquisite lanterns, emotions conveyed through light and shadow 

During the traditional lantern-making session, participants skillfully transformed material kits into unique Mid-Autumn Festival lanterns. Some employees also engaged in on-site painting, adding a personal touch to their lanterns. The event featured a public judging panel that selected the top three based on aesthetics, quality, and speed, and the winners were commended. The atmosphere was filled with creativity and fun. 

Rich achievements, united efforts, and moving forward together. 

This event not only effectively collected grassroots wisdom, providing references for the construction of the new factory building, but also deepened employees' recognition of traditional culture through hands-on experiences, and enhanced team cohesion and a sense of belonging through collaboration. 

Jiaxing: "Gathering of Flexible Hearts, Joyful Mid-Autumn" Flexible Employment Enjoyment Event and Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration

On 27th September , the Flexible Employment Enjoyment Event and Mid-Autumn Festival celebration was held in the multi-functional hall on the first floor in Jiaxing. 

Policy interpretation, heart-to-heart communication 

The event kicked off with a relaxed fruit tea and snack warm-up. Colleagues from the Human Resources Center first provided a clear policy interpretation for the flexible line employees, covering core contents such as rights protection and the onboarding process, and deepened understanding through practical cases. In the subsequent interactive Q&A and experience sharing session, everyone spoke freely, bringing them closer together. 

Commend role models and unite strength. 

To recognize the contributions of the flexible line employees, the event specially set up an awarding ceremony for "Flexible Role Model Stars", commending three outstanding employees and setting up learning benchmarks. 

Skilled hands and ingenious minds, inheriting intangible cultural heritage 

In the most anticipated "Skillful Mom" interactive session, participants, under the guidance of the staff, personally experienced the making of cloisonné enamel coasters. From wire inlaying to glazing, everyone was immersed in the creative joy of Chinese aesthetics, and each exquisite piece also became a unique Mid-Autumn Festival memento. 

Capture the beauty and present blessings. 

At the end of the event, all the participants took a group photo together and were presented with elaborately prepared Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes. The scene was filled with laughter and joy, as well as the warmth of the festival. 

Hanchuan: "Full Moon on Mid-Autumn Festival - Celebrating the Festival Together" Mid-Autumn Festival Fun Fair and Employee Birthday Party

On 29th September , the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration in Hanchuan was held as scheduled. The event was filled with the fun of traditional garden tours and warm care, integrating DIY mooncakes, traditional games and the birthday party for employees. 

Homemade mooncakes, expressing feelings of reunion. 

"Using mooncakes as the medium and the heart as the lamp, kneading and wrapping shape the Mid-Autumn Festival." Everyone made mooncakes by hand, enclosing the sweet fillings in the dough, and also kneading the festival's blessings and the hope for reunion into each exquisite mooncake. 

Throwing arrows and shooting, seizing joy 

The ancient games of "arrow throwing" and "archery" with their autumnal charm, attracted everyone's enthusiastic participation. Amidst laughter and joy, people not only experienced the fun of traditional folk customs but also relaxed their minds and bodies. 

Collective birthday celebration, warmth together 

At the end of the event, a collective birthday party was specially held for the employees who had birthdays recently. "Joyful gathering on birthdays, warmth accompanies you", in the atmosphere of reunion during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the birthday celebrants received blessings f rom the company and applause f rom colleagues, feeling extremely warm.

The moon is especially bright on the Mid-Autumn Festival, and people's feelings grow even stronger during this festive season. This year's Mid-Autumn Festival activities, which were held simultaneously in three locations and took various forms, not only promoted the excellent traditional Chinese culture and created a strong festive atmosphere, but also provided an effective communication platform, enhancing employees' sense of belonging and the company's cohesion.
